Our team captures the event naturally and professionally. The selected photographs and videos are delivered according to the agreed production timeline.

Photography + Videography Team
Combined coverage is available for events requiring both professional photography and cinematic video. The production team may include a photographer, videographer, assistant, drone operator and editor depending on the scale of the event.
Packages are quoted individually based on duration, number of guests, programme and deliverables.

Gumbert Studio is based in Phuket and available for projects throughout Thailand and internationally. For destination events, our team can provide complete photography and video production, including additional photographers, videographers, drone operators, assistants, and post-production specialists.

Minimum booking in Phuket: 2 hours
Half-day coverage: up to 4 consecutive hours
Full-day coverage: up to 8 consecutive hours

Waiting time and schedule gaps may be included in the booked duration
If the event runs beyond the confirmed schedule, additional coverage is charged at the applicable hourly rate, subject to the team’s availability. Drone coverage is subject to weather conditions, location restrictions, aviation regulations, venue approval and operational safety. Drone services cannot be guaranteed in restricted areas or unsafe conditions.

Transportation costs may be charged separately.
For projects requiring travel outside of Phuket, additional travel expenses may apply and will be quoted separately.
Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking and secure your desired date.
For rush orders (expedited delivery), full payment is required upfront.
We accept payments via bank transfer, Wise, credit card.
We are a legally registered company in Thailand and can issue official tax invoices.
A 3% withholding tax will be applied to all invoices, which is deducted by the payer
and remitted to the Revenue Department.
All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change without notice.
If a client cancels a scheduled photoshoot/videography session 10 days or more before the scheduled date, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In case of cancelation the cost of the model will be payed by the client. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost. Late Payment Fees
Additional revisions: 1000 baht/revision
Payments not received within 5 days of the invoice date will be subject to a late payment fee of 5% of the total invoice. Continued failure to make payments may result in legal action.
