Submit Your Client Brief: Start by completing our comprehensive Client Brief. This essential step allows you to select your package, choose add-ons (like drone footage or twilight shoots), and detail the specific needs and selling points of the property. The link to the brief is below.
Receive Your Personalized Proposal: We’ll promptly review your submitted brief, then send you a customized, transparent Quotation and Production Plan. This document clearly outlines the scope, deliverables, and total investment required for a seamless shoot.
Secure Your Shoot Date: A full upfront payment is required to finalize your booking and immediately lock in your preferred shooting date and crew. Once confirmed, we begin the final pre-production planning to ensure a flawless on-site experience.

Production Notes
Post-Production: All photographs are delivered with professional color grading to match the aesthetic of the campaign.

Video Delivery:
Clients receive all raw footages from the production. The quantity, duration, and specific editing requirements for final reels or brand films are discussed and quoted separately based on your marketing needs.

The Full Light Cycle:
We utilize every phase of natural light—from the soft glow of dawn to the dramatic “Blue Hour” at dusk—to create a complete story of your property.

Important Conditions & Guidelines at Gumbert Estate

Please take a moment to read through our conditions carefully. If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for assistance.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the property, season, and client’s
individual requirements.

Additional revisions: 1000 baht/revision

The cost usually includes photo and video editing.

Transportation costs may be charged separately.

For projects requiring travel outside of Phuket, additional travel expenses may apply
and will be quoted separately.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to confirm your
booking and secure your desired date.

Payment and Booking Policy

The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final edited photos/videos.

For rush orders (expedited delivery), full payment is required upfront.

We accept payments via bank transfer, Wise, credit card.

We are a legally registered company in Thailand and can issue official tax invoices.

A 3% withholding tax will be applied to all invoices, which is deducted by the payer
and remitted to the Revenue Department.

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels a scheduled photoshoot/videography session 10 days or more before
the scheduled date, the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled session. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled shoot will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In case of cancelation the cost of the model will be payed by the client. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled shoot will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost. Late Payment Fees

Additional revisions: 1000 baht/revision

Payments not received within 5 days of the invoice date will be subject to a late
payment fee of 5% of the total invoice. Continued failure to make payments may result in legal action.
