Simply send us your items, and we’ll handle everything: photographers, models, makeup artists, stylists, and studios. We shoot to your desired mood and tone, with no minimum order.

We handle the entire model selection process, ensuring you’re matched with professional, high-quality talent that perfectly embodies your vision. We simplify the process by finding the absolute best model for your shoot. For certain projects, we provide you with two highly-vetted options to choose from, giving you the final creative say while guaranteeing top-tier talent.
Our one-stop service includes a professional makeup artist and stylist dedicated to achieving a flawless look for every shoot. We use water- and wind-resistant techniques to keep you perfect in any environment. The result is a natural, polished style that fits any brand and setting.
Here’s how we bring your vision to life at Gumbert Studio:

Our Standard Package offers individual model photography for your fashion products (clothing, bags, shoes, hats) with no minimum order. This is a Shared Service, meaning we combine shoots with other brands to offer a cost-effective solution. Simply send us your products, and we’ll handle the rest, delivering beautiful images ready for your online channels! The mood & tone, location, model, and hair/makeup will be set by our team.

If you wish to add extra products (max 2 items) to a look without changing the main outfit, there’s an additional charge of 50% of the main look’s price. You’ll receive 10-15 additional photos. Changing Partial Products within a Look: If you want to swap out only certain items (max 2 items) within a look, it’s 60% of the main look’s price. This includes 10-15 additional photos.
If the shooting location has multiple spots, you’ll receive photos from one chosen angle/scene per look. If you have a specific scene preference, please let us know in advance; otherwise, our team will select the most suitable one.
If you require additional retouched images, there’s a charge of ฿300 per image. This includes refining the background, lighting, model’s skin, and general tidiness.

mages provided are licensed for online use only. If you plan to use them for print (any format), you must inform us beforehand. This allows us to coordinate with the model agency. Please be aware that unauthorized print usage will incur a penalty of 10 times the package price you paid.
To ensure we style your products perfectly, please send us advance instructions (photos/videos) on how to use or wear them. This includes details like how to button, tie a bow, specific knotting, how a bag should be carried, or any unique design features you want highlighted. If we don’t receive instructions, our team will style the product in a standard way, and we won’t be responsible if it doesn’t meet your specific vision.
Our Art Directors and Stylists need adequate preparation time. We kindly ask that your products arrive at our studio 5-7 days before your scheduled shooting date. A late delivery fee of ฿100 per day will apply. If products arrive too late for the shoot, we cannot be held responsible, and unfortunately, you won’t be eligible for a package refund.
f you have extra references or specific briefs (e.g., regarding the total look, model poses), you can include them in the final section of our form. An additional charge of ฿500-฿3,000 will apply. Please note that makeup and lighting will be determined by our team’s creative direction.
For each “look, ” you’ll receive one image per angle/scene. If you have a preference for a specific scene, just let us know! Otherwise, we’ll select the most suitable scene based on our expertise.
Feel free to send your own props to our team; there’s no additional charge for this.
For the best aesthetic results during the shoot, we may remove product tags.
You’ll receive high-resolution JPG files. We’ll securely store your files for 30 days after delivery. Should you need images re-uploaded after this 30-day period, a ฿500 fee per instance will apply. Color adjustments will align with the overall mood and tone of the shoot. If you require specific tonal adjustments, additional charges will apply.
Clients are responsible for all product shipping costs (to and from our studio). Return shipping will be sent via cash on delivery (COD).
Please understand that products, especially around the collar area, may experience minor makeup stains during the shoot. This is often unavoidable.
For all jewelry items, we confirm careful usage and handling when placing them on models and ensure safe storage both before and after the shoot.
Clients are responsible for all product shipping costs (to and from our studio). Your items will be shipped back to you 1-3 working days after the shoot. Return shipping will be sent via cash on delivery (COD).
In the event of unforeseen
circumstances such as severe weather (e.g., storms) or other conditions beyond our control that impact the feasibility or quality of the shoot, Gumbert Studio reserves the right to postpone the shooting date. We will notify you promptly and work with you to reschedule to a new, suitable date as soon as conditions allow.
